Production
We are strictly folloing SOP and Qaulity standard to make each Luggage, the production process raw material check, Blistering, vacuum forming, automatic trimming, sewing, assemble, quality and packing.
Test
Ensure the luggage’s Function OK, walk test 8KM with loading 12/13/25KG for 3 sizes, check wheels not damage, not deformation; drop test for luggage with 4 wheels or single wheel touch the ground; Pulling rod resistance test on connection drawbar; Ladder Perfomance test with loading inside; Handle loading Test with 12/18/25kg inside for 30 Minutes.
